These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website kontorsytavast.se and the office planning services provided by Kontorsyta Väst AB ("we", "us"), org. no. 559123-4567, Avenyn 22, 411 36 Göteborg, Sweden. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide office planning services including hybrid floor plans, focus room packages, arrival and meeting zone planning, occupancy analysis, and planning consultancy. Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or quotes.
Published prices on our website are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and exclude VAT (moms). A binding quote is provided in writing before project commencement. Prices may change without notice on the website; however, agreed project fees remain fixed for the duration of the contract.

Standard packages include two revision rounds unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions are billed at 1 150 kr/h. Deliverables are provided in PDF, DWG, and Excel formats unless otherwise agreed. We retain intellectual property in our planning methodologies; you receive a licence to use deliverables for your stated project.
Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue interest at the rate specified in the Swedish Interest Act (räntelagen). We may suspend work on overdue accounts after written notice.
You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any advance payment. After work has commenced, fees for completed stages are non-refundable. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Our planning services are advisory. We do not guarantee specific occupancy outcomes, cost savings, or regulatory approvals. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose client floor plans or occupancy data to third parties except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.
Website content is provided for general information. You may not reproduce, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not warrant completeness or suitability for any particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Göteborg, Sweden, with Göteborgs tingsrätt as the court of first instance.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to active project agreements require mutual written consent.
