No. We deliver planning documents — zoning diagrams, furniture schedules, and specification lists. Your fit-out contractor or furniture partner handles procurement. We coordinate with them through the contractor brief pack.
A meeting pod with power, data, and sightlines pre-mapped on the floor plan so your AV vendor can install screens, cameras, and microphones without rework. Included in our Arrival & Meeting Zone service (28 000 kr).
A Hybrid Floor Plan takes 3–4 weeks. Focus Room Packages add 1–2 weeks. A Full-Floor Programme (42 000 kr) runs 8–12 weeks depending on floor size and stakeholder review cycles.

Yes. Planning consultancy is 1 150 kr/h with a two-hour minimum. Useful for lease negotiations, stakeholder workshops, or reviewing a contractor's draft layout.
