Discovery review

45-minute session covering hybrid schedule, headcount, and current pain points. Optional Occupancy Snapshot (2 400 kr).

Data & brief

We collect floor plans, badge data, and stakeholder input. A written brief confirms scope, ratios, and deliverables.

Draft layout

Zoning diagram with desk neighbourhoods, focus rooms, arrival zone, and meeting pods. Presented within 2 weeks.

4

Revision rounds

Two included revision cycles with facilities, HR, and team leads. Adjustments to ratios, pod counts, and flows.

5

Final delivery

PDF, DWG, and furniture schedules. Contractor brief pack for your fit-out partner. Optional implementation review (14 500 kr).

What we need from you

  • Current floor plan (PDF or DWG)
  • Headcount and hybrid schedule per team
  • Badge or desk-booking data (if available)
  • List of meeting room types and typical usage
  • Lease constraints, building rules, and timeline

  • Focus room and pod placement map
  • Arrival zone flow diagram
