Focus space that matches demand

Open-plan hybrid floors create a paradox: fewer desks but more need for quiet. Teams compete for phone booths, take calls in stairwells, and lose deep-work hours to ambient noise. Our Focus Room Packages solve this with room counts derived from call volume, meeting patterns, and observed booking behaviour.

Each package includes an acoustic placement map showing where pods and rooms sit relative to desk neighbourhoods, corridors, and mechanical zones. We specify pod types, dimensions, and power requirements so your fit-out partner can procure without rework.

Room types we plan

  • Single-person phone booths (4–6 sqm)
  • Two-person focus rooms (8–12 sqm)
  • Four-person deep-work rooms (14–18 sqm)
  • Acoustic pods for video calls with AV pre-wiring

14 500 kr including placement map, specification list, and integration with your desk layout.

Placement principles

  • Away from main circulation corridors
  • Clustered near high-call teams
  • Minimum 3 m from open desk banks
  • Accessible without crossing meeting zones

Typical ratio

Knowledge-work teams: 1 focus room per 12–18 desks. Call-heavy teams (sales, support): 1 pod per 8–10 desks. Adjusted per your data.
